Korean Airlines Cancellation Policy and Charges.
⦁ KRW30000 if You cancel the Flight tickets 90 to 61 days prior to departure.
⦁ Flight Departing from Canada have to pay CAD 30
⦁ And International Flight departing from Indonesia need to pay IDR350000
⦁ If You cancel any flight ticket between 60 to 45 days then You will be charged to pay KRW 100000.
⦁ For Flight canceled between 14 to 4 days, Korean Air will charge KRW 120000.
⦁ IF you cancel the flight within 3 days of departure you will be charged KRW 150000.
Korean Airlines Refund Policy.
⦁ All the tickets canceled within 24 hours of booking will not be charged any fee
⦁ Reservation Number and other details are required for the refund process
⦁ You will get a refund within 20 business days.
⦁ For the domestic Flights, 1000 KRW will be deducted from the total Fare, and after that remaining balance will be transferred to your account.
⦁ All the amount will be refunded as it is if you cancel tickets 91+ days prior to departure.
⦁ $26 will be charged as a cancellation fee if you cancel any ticket in between 61-90 days.
⦁ You will be charged $44 to $262 if you cancel the ticket in 15-60days as per the refund policy of Korean Air.
⦁ And tickets canceled within 4-14 days of booking have to pay $25 to $315.
⦁ The refund amount may differ, according to the Class, route.
⦁ According to the Korean Airlines refund policy, No Show Passengers will also get a partial refund amount (terms and conditions apply).
You have to go through easy steps to cancel your airline flight ticket.
1. Go to their official site https://www.koreanair.com/global/en.htm
2. Now Login to the account and then follow the process.
3. Now go to Manage bookings/My Trips and click on that.
4. Now you will see the list of trips you have completed with Korean Airlines, Now look for the Flight You want to cancel.
5. Once you have selected the ticket it will ask you for confirmation regarding the cancellation of the book, If you’re sure to cancel your ticket click on Continue.
6. After clicking on continue please read all the terms and conditions carefully before moving forward.
7. After clicking on Continue it will ask you to confirm your Identity.
8. Now look for the Refund amount.
9. Click on Submit.
Note: The Refund will be made only after the deduction of cancellation charges, Korean Airlines will Transfer the amount to your account within 20 business days.
